Evaluation & Estimate

At Caribbean Clear our evaluation and estimates are free of charge. We need to understand our clients' needs and vision first, then our team gets to work. We can evaluate your needs, layout the vision with an estimate same day! Fill out the form below, send us your site survey. We will set up a remote estimate or set an appointment with our Project Manager at the job site.

Contract & Design

Once the estimate has been approved, we take additional information, team you up with our project manager, draw up the perfect sketch for your backyard needs, complete with technical plans for the work. We draft the contract, retain the deposit and prepare the package for engineering.

Permit

After 2-4 weeks of teamwork, final plans are submitted to the city for a construction permit. This process take approximately 4-6 weeks.

Consists of the following:

1. POOL FOOTING/PRESSURE INSPECTION.

2. ELECTRICAL BONDING INSPECTION.

3. GAS ROUGH INSPECTION. (If required.)

4. ELECTRICAL FINAL INSPECTION.

5. GAS FINAL INSPECTION. (If required.)

6. POOL FINAL INSPECTION. This inspection is for the Alarms and Barrier compliance.

Pool Construction

Once permits are approved, construction will commence, typically taking around 8-10 weeks to complete. We understand that construction can disrupt your family's routine, so we make it our priority to maintain the order of your home.
